HOW IS LEVEL 5 FINISH DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?

We're a company that's ran by a female and employs mostly females. We've found, through our experience, that some customers prefer having female contractors.

As a progressive company, we pride ourselves on striving to create gender equality in a currently Male dominated industry.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFERENCES?

We do provide references. However, we mostly welcome our new customers to request an invite to of our current project's to see the detail of our workmanship for themselves.

This also gives our customer's an insight into how we work, with a methodical and tidy approach.

WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?

For homeowners who's budget prevents them from completing a large project in one go, we offer instalment arrangements.

​

We can also work on sections of the project, such as painting one room at a time, or one side of the house at a time.  

​

We're happy to discuss payment pans and installment arrangements to suit the needs of our customers.

DO YOUR SERVICES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, all of our projects are covered under a 5-10 year warranty (depending on materials used and services provided).

We also have a 1 year touch up policy. We will complete any touch up's for up to 1 year after the projects completion. Free of charge.

Most new builds take 1-2 years to settle into the ground, which can occasionally cause cracks in plasterboard. As a company that prides ourself on value for our customers, we will fix these probems, should they arise, free of charge.
